How does a half hour neck, back and shoulder massage sound whilst your friends wait their turn and then have theirs? Imagine coming back to the party feeling pampered, eased of that shoulder and neck strain or just reminded of how much your body needs a little time out for pampering and what better way than in the company of good friends?

Or you may prefer some Reflexology - a quick half hour session to relax and unwind you, maybe concentrating on an area you're feeling abit concerned about on the day - perhaps you're not sleeping as well as you feel you should be, perhaps your stomach has been a little painful, or you've had a headache, or some other complaint you'd like looked at. Whatever you choose to have Reflexology for, it will be a relaxing treatment that includes a little time out and pampering for you.

You may prefer abit of Reiki, a little time out from the world to re-connect with yourself and with Spirit? Feeling like a little gentle energy with hands on healing is more of what you feel you're needing. It is entirely up to you!

Maybe you've always wanted to try Complementary Therapies but feel abit nervous about them, not quite sure if it's 'for you'? This is the perfect time to give them a whirl, with the company of friends and a taster half hour treatment will give you just enough time to get a feel, hear about the therapy involved (if this is what you want to do) and ask questions.

All you need is a group of friends, anything up to 10 for a party, each person pays £20 for a half hour treatment, you provide me with a room to set up as a treatment area, I create the ambience, provide the towels, couch, oils, music, candles and you provide the snacks and the rest is easy...just have fun!

The host receives a bottle of Chapagne or a half hour treatment of their choice with my compliments, and each guest attending the Pamper Party receives a little 'goodie bag'.
